I do agree that there are of course many negative sides to it as well and there is still a lot we need to figure out to make this a better thing than "traditional" work arrangement. However, I do support any new mindset or system that promotes uniqueness and self awareness instead of standardization and "fitting-in".
Yes, indeed, couldn't agree more about standardization. I already notice that people use standardized structures and credentials (eg degrees, corporate jobs, official qualifications etc) rather creatively, as building blocks to construct a unique personal profile, which is often cross-industrial/cross-professional.
