Thomas, I think we can learn a lot from Japan and how they have respect in a lot of things. Even when it comes to time and efficiency. Silence (let eachother speak and take the time to think about how you respond) and respectful speech is key in communication. If we try to be more mindful about our time and eachothers time it would a great foundation for solidarity.
